After downloading from this site :

1. gunzip and tar xvf the file.
2. cd to the toolkit directory.
3. Run ./install. (This step is optional. You can use the toolkit without doing this.)
4. Read the guide to find out how to get started.
5. A list of scripts is in Docs/Contents.
6. Enjoy!
